La Fundación Pau Costa colabora junto con el Institut de Seguretat Pública de Catalunya (ISPC) y el Centro Tecnológico Forestal de Catalunya (CTFC), por tercer año consecutivo, con el Consorci Universitari Internacional Menéndez y Pelayo de Barcelona - Centre Ernest Lluchl en la organización del curso Los incendios forestales en interfaz urbana: hacia la integración del riego en la planificación del territorio <http://paucostafoundation.us7.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=7b8213c746c1de93edf9617a5&id=2ff6dcbfac&e=c4b3465726> . Este curso se llevará a cabo en Barcelona durante los días 27, 28 y 29 de Octubre.

Wind damage risk to forest

We are pleased to announce that NEIKER is organising another FORRISK seminar on 29th October at the Bizkaia Aretoa of the University of the Basque Country, Bilbao.
This time the topic is wind damage risk to forests and the seminar aims to show how forest storm damage risk can be calculated for a region, using a mechanistic model.
